Privacy policy

We collect the details you give us. That means the name, email address, phone number and message you type into our contact form, and the booking details you give to our reservation provider, such as your name, contact details, party size and any note you add to the booking.

We also collect basic website analytics: pages viewed, approximate location at city level, referring site, device type and browser. This is aggregate information about how the site is used, not a profile of you.

To reply to your enquiry, to hold and manage your table, to contact you if something changes about your booking, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. If you opt in to hear from us, we will use your email address to send occasional news about the restaurant, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The site uses a small number of cookies. Some are necessary to make pages work. Others are analytics cookies that measure traffic. Where consent is required, we ask for it before non-essential cookies are set, and you can change your mind at any time through your browser settings.

Some parts of the site are provided by companies we work with, and they handle data under their own privacy policies: OpenTable for reservations, Google Maps for the map on the visit page, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Embedded content from these providers may set its own cookies when you interact with it.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can decline non-essential cookies. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Contact form enquiries are kept for up to twenty four months so we have a record of the conversation. Reservation records are held by our booking provider for as long as your account with them exists, or as required for our own accounting. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
